Full Gas Promotions Pty Ltd is a supplier of quality sporting events.
Goods & Services offered for sale are individual or team entries to these events, licences and/or event apparel.
All payable fees are in Australian Dollars.

Cost of goods or services.
The cost of entry to each event varies from event to event. As such entrants need to be aware of the cost
of each different event at the time of entry. The entry fee for each event are listed clearly on each event’s
entry form.
Refund Policy
Each participant is entitled to a full refund for a legitimate/proven medical emergency right up until the day
prior to each event.
Once a participant is at the event no refund will be made for non participation. A credit may be issued in
extenuating circumstances.
Should a participant decide to withdraw from the event they will receive a full refund up until two weeks
prior to the event and then 50% after that time.
Should the race be cancelled due to an “Act of God” , they will receive a full refund until two weeks prior
to the event and then 50% after that time. Should the event be rescheduled due to an “Act of God”, all
entries will be transferred to the new event date.
There is no refund for participants entering and then not attending the event and/or not informing FGP of
any extenuating circumstances.
